Instead of a lactose-free cappuccino, I got a lactose-free hot chocolate, it tasted good, but that's not what I wanted

A good stop for drinks and snacks. Some baristas speak english as well.

Good coffee, friendly service. Offers good, although it is a bit stuck, e.g. B. you cannot swap latte macchiato with normal coffee although filter coffee would be cheaper and the offer price would also be paid

Edit: 15/10/2020 on the part of the company I have not yet received a response. 4/10/2020 13:45 In our Coffee Frappuchino double sugar syrup was added. Both employees saw it and gave it to us anyway. We returned it and got a new one. No excuses and today's team works slowly and with an unfriendly attitude.

Kind of my own fault cause I dint check but my cup was only filled 2/3 and they forgot my whipped cream. Kinda disappointing when you are excited for a full cup and cream and paid the full price :/

Is very nice along the Pegnitz. What bothers are sometimes the queue and that often for days, not all the drinks offered are available.

I recently bought a dark espresso roast from your house. Unfortunately, it was only after I started packing that I noticed that it only had a short shelf life (approx. 3 weeks). The coffee also smelled of mold. The beans were just oily, very, very poor quality! Unfortunately, I can no longer buy Starbucks products, very disappointing!

I asked for a straw and didn't get one, even though she gave the woman in front of me one for the same drink. No friendly dealings with customers

I really do very rarely give reviews, but this was absolutely my last visit to a Starbucks Cafe, although I've been going for years - I wanted a cold tea, everything went quickly, then I wanted a straw because it was just for drinking I was relieved (health reasons) and then it was said by a blonde lady "it can't be that everyone wants a straw, you can't drink your tea from this crappy container", I was really shocked, I am a businessman myself and I take it with me every day Customers do, but that is not possible - absolutely rude and insulting !!!!! Think Starbucks Team !!!

You are shouted at by the waitress when you ask for a straw - extremely unprofessional. The blonde lady at the counter needs training in dealing with customers as soon as possible. Your communication is just embarrassing.

Nuremberg's old town is also quite large, so it's a good place to rest for sightseeing. Located in a good location in the old town The latte on the cozy terrace along the canal was nice Although it feels a little higher than in Japan, It's worth a look, such as a menu that Japan doesn't have

The best Starbucks in Nuremberg. Super convenient place with comfortable chairs and sofas. The good place to work, to rest and to enjoy the best coffee. Vanilla Latte is superb!
